OPERATIONAL POLICIES

GENERAL POLICIES

Check-in time is 3:00 PM

Check-out time is 11:30 AM

-All guests must be registered at reception.

-Official identification is required for all guests at check-in.

-Unregistered visitors are not allowed in the rooms.

-If there is an extra person in the room, the occupation value will be charged to the customer’s account.

-The hotel is not responsible for guests’ personal belongings, luggage, or other items, which must be under the strict care and supervision of each user.

RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS

-To guarantee your reservation, advance payment is required.

-Cancellations must be made by phone, WhatsApp, or email directly to the hotel.

-Note that, before your stay, cancellations with a week or more notice will receive a 100% refund.

-Cancellations between one week and 72 hours prior to arrival will be charged 50% of the value of one night’s stay.

-Cancellations between 72 hours and 0 hours prior to arrival will be charged 100% of the value of one night’s stay.

-If you wish to change the date of your reservation, you must pay a value equivalent to 10% of the rate to make the change.

-If you wish to extend your stay, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance at our WhatsApp +57 305 256 68 62.

BEHAVIOR POLICIES

-Smoking or using vape devices is prohibited in the domes or cabins, except in designated outdoor areas.

-Cooking is not allowed in the domes or cabins due to safety concerns with flammable elements.

-Consuming food and/or beverages not provided by Nube Cafetera Eco Hotel is not allowed.

-If a guest brings a bottle of liquor not provided by the Eco Hotel, they must pay a corkage fee of $30,000.

-Requesting home services by guests is not allowed.

-Playing musical instruments, loud radios, or having noisy parties is prohibited.

-Consuming psychoactive substances and/or recreational drugs is prohibited in all areas.

-Excessive consumption of alcoholic beverages is prohibited.

-For safety reasons, walking on the nets, stairs, or common areas while intoxicated is prohibited.

-No sexual behavior is allowed in common areas or in places where other guests can see it, such as balconies or terraces. This may result in immediate expulsion without refund or re-scheduling.

-The use of common areas is limited, and access to certain areas is prohibited, which are only authorized for staff.

-Appropriation, mistreatment, or exploitation of wild animals, fauna, and flora in the hotel area is not allowed. In this case, the guest will be sanctioned by the hotel and reported to the competent authority.

-Any damage caused by guests to the property, domes, or cabins, and all their external and internal elements, will be charged to the customer’s account and must be paid by them.

-The administration reserves the right to terminate the hosting contract, apply fines, and expel guests if any of the above regulations are violated.

FOOD SERVICE

-Breakfast between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Remember to confirm your breakfast order the night before by 7:00 PM.

-Lunch between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM. Remember to confirm your lunch order the night before by 7:00 PM.

-Dinner between 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Remember to confirm your dinner order the night before by 7:00 PM.

-The value of minibar consumption, food, and others must be paid in cash or through the following payment methods: Bancolombia, Davivienda, Paypal, Zelle, or with cards through the datafono at the hotel.

RIGHT OF ADMISSION

Nube Cafetera Eco Hotel reserves the right to admission when the person who reserves or the guest incurs in conduct of rude treatment, threats, denigration, discrimination, whether verbal or physical, against the hotel staff and/or other guests.
